A little while ago, I wrote a post about Why Real Estate Investment? where I explained the desire to create alternative income streams. There are several ways to do this, real estate is one of the most popular and productive income stream available.
There are two things required in order to become successful, knowledge and experience. I only have experience as a renter so I can appreciate the value of having a monthly rental property income stream. It is obviously a key ingredient to a successful means of financial independence where I would not have to rely on earned income from my employers.
Specifically, I am interested in the rental REI game because of the monthly cash flow it presents. You will be able to read posts reviewing various books, and research on various aspects involved with rental properties. I will be building this sub-domain slowly over the years until I enter the game where I can share my actual experiences.
